A few days ago the movie’s trailer was launched with great fanfare and with the entire cast, and that tailor was achieved by some major Bollywood stars like Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani, Anil Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor and Maniesh Paul. Producer, writer and actor Karan Johar hosted this launch. The media asked Varun Dhawan how they felt about being a dulha on the big screen and Varun replied that he felt very special and also told the media that he had some attachment and the emotional reason for it.
Varun smiled and said that this is a very special film for him.
Varun said that I have a special bond with Jug Jug Jiyo. “This film will always be special to me because it was the last film where people like my boyfriend and brother were with me. So this film is special and it happened in my life. I still remember the days when we worked together and we had good times when we had a global shoot for this film. I think his blessings are with me and that’s why it’s a special film.
Recently Varun lost his driver Manoj, who was the main character of his childhood. Varun used to play with him and was very affectionate. The heavy-hearted actor had spoken out about his death on social media and later shared another post paying tribute to him. He said: “I miss him so much and I was so attached to him. He was like my older brother. I spent 26 years with him. He drove Varun to Mehboob Studios in Bandra complaining of chest pains. He was rushed to the Lilavati Hospital, where he ran out of air and died.
