On Wednesday May 11, a 22-year-old young man, Mithun, died because he was in love with a Muslim girl. He had been rushed to the hospital on Monday May 9 and died there himself.
After learning of Thakur’s death on Wednesday, the 18-year-old girl attempted to commit suicide by cutting her wrist. Now she is in the hospital and the doctor saved her life. The whole matter came to the fore after the girl was hospitalized.
Mithun Thakur, who worked at a local factory in Rajkot, Gujarat, reportedly became attracted to an 18-year-old Sumiyya Kadiwar in recent months. They stayed in the same area at the Radha Krishna Society on the main street of Jungleshwar.
On Monday, May 9th, Mithun Thakur called Sumiyya around 10am but unfortunately her brother got the call.
Saakir was very angry when he learned that Mithun is a Hindu. Both had an argument on the phone. Saakir told him to stay away from his sister.
On Wednesday May 11, Saakir and three men went to Mithun Thakur’s home and started beating him. One of the neighbors saw Mithun Thakur lying unconscious in his house, so the neighbor took him to Rajkot Civil Hospital. Mithun was in a very serious condition and was losing a lot of blood. After seeing these serious injuries, they took him to Ahmedabad Civil Hospital. Thakur was taken to Ahmedabad Civil Hospital where he became out of breath and died.
Sumiyya’s parents are separated and her mother works as an assistant in a private company. While Mithun and his father Bipin were laborers at Rajkot.
Bhaktinagar Police are searching for Saakir, Inspector LLChawra said. We filed a complaint with the victim’s father and found Saakir and heaps of his co-conspirators.
